What it is
Hurtta's Life Savior Dog Life Vest is sold on the maker's official U.S. product page as a lightweight flotation aid for swimming, boating, hunting, water rescue, and similar water work. Hurtta says the flotation material is softer and more flexible than other dog life vests on the market, conforming to the dog's body and balancing weight without restricting swimming motion. The official page lists a chest adjustment system for slender and stocky breeds, shell and lining made from 100% recycled PES twill mechanical stretch, wear-resistant 100% recycled PES woven bands, POM quick-snap buckles, velcro chest straps, a robust handle for lifting when needed, a strong stainless steel leash O-ring near the handle, safety reflectors with a stated luminous intensity of 400-450 cd/m2, about 20% adjustability across three points, and a close-fitting supportive stomach section.
